the aim of study is to reveal underlying factors from variable data collected on results web-based ideas management systems related and tangible in companies. The purpose factor analysis process collect information contained a large number changes such way as obtain latent with minimal loss. Authors have conducted global survey for enterprises that apply these (n500). 8 variables fit together “tangible” or remaining 6 “managerial” results.
